Philadelphia Woman Charged With Starving to Death 14-year-old Girl

In August 2006, Danieal Kelly died; the coroner says she weighed 42-pounds, the normal weight for a five year old. However, Danieal was a 14-year-old who suffered from cerebral palsy and she was allegedly starved to death by her mother.
