The man who is accused of murdering and dismembering Montreal student Jun Lin, videotaping the incident and posting it on the Internet, now wants all members of the public banned from his upcoming hearing.

Montreal - Zhigui Du, mother of Jun Lin, the Chinese exchange student who was murdered by Luka Magnotta two months ago, said after his funeral yesterday that she now feels sympathy for the murderer.

Police have discovered what appears to be a human head in Montreal's Angrignon Park. Tests are needed to confirm if the head is that of Chinese student Lin Jun whom Luka Magnotta has been charged with murdering.
