The principal of a school in Coney Island has banned the patriotic song "God Bless the USA" at the graduation of Kindergarten kids at the school. Principal Greta Hawkins says the song could "offend other cultures" and is "too grown-up" for the kids.

Albert Snyder, father of Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, said he is not done fighting the Westboro Baptist Church over their military funeral protests. Snyder was a honored guest today at the American Legion conference and spoke of the recent court decision.
