Philippines now a viable investment site as growth rate soars

The Philippine economy has registered a growth rate of 7.3 percent in the first quarter of the year, the strongest since the 8.3 percent recorded in the second quarter of 2007 and significantly better than the 0.5 recorded in first quarter of 2009.
