B.C. juvenile faces charge of murder in death of 10-week-old baby

Police are recommending a charge of second degree murder in the death of a 10-week-old baby. The infant died on Sunday morning in the remote B.C. community of Fraser Lake, approximately 160-kilometres west of Prince George.
