American Passports Found on Bodies of Al Qaeda Fighters in Somalia

A number of foreign passports have been discovered on the bodies of slain al Qaeda fighters. Not only were American passports found but also passports from Britain, Australia, Sudan, Yemen and Pakistan according to a Somali government official. “The UIC, which took power in Somalia's capital of Mogadishu in June 2006, are believed to be linked to al Qaeda networks in Pakistan, the Sudan and Yemen.”
