A new line of innovative training courses are set to be launched by Train Aid this fall. There will be a strong emphasis to make the courses both affordable and enjoyable in order to boost participation rates.
SURREY, ENGLAND, August 25, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Since 2009 Train Aid has been providing innovative First Aid, food hygiene and health and safety courses. The latest addition to the line-up will be open PTLLS Courses at the training HQ in London. This relatively new qualification can be career changing as it has the power to turn members of the public into teachers in just four days. Potential candidates were surveyed, and the company will look to address the main issue of affordability, distance learning and lack of support.
Before 2009 it was not even a legal requirement to hold a recognised qualification in order to teach in the adult sector. This led to many cowboy operators who were providing dull, unfair and unsuitable lessons. PTLLS Training was then born to the concept of educating budding teachers over an intensive four day block. During the four days practical teaching practice is worked in, which provides invaluable experience.
Escalating costs are the main barrier for people getting signed up onto the course. It is believed that costs have spiralled out of control at way above the cost of inflation, which makes it harder for the unemployed to make the jump, and change career. Train Aids PTLLS coordinator Ellie Hayward has her on views on the topic:
"The course is aimed at individuals who are wishing to change career so it therefore should be priced fairly. By working with the current database of candidates it was found that many were interested in the training, but put off by the costs involved".
Tom is used as the instructor on all PTLLS Courses and he boasts over a decade's worth of teaching practice in challenging inner city environments. The company are also able to offer round the clock support through Tom and are on hand to provide career advice to candidates once they become certificated.
Train Aid Ltd deliver both affordable and enjoyable training courses that place a strong emphasis on teaching practical skills that are relevant to real life.
