At Home Veterinary Services, a leading mobile veterinary practice for dogs and cats serving the Portland, Oregon metro area, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Rachel Tennant, MS, DVM, CVA to the position of Associate Veterinarian. The hiring allows the practice to add additional appointment times and more evening availability.
Dr. Tennant comes to At Home Veterinary Services from Cottage Grove, Oregon. A graduate of Oregon State University, she received her masters degree in microbiology in 2005 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. Dr. Tennant is also certified in veterinary acupuncture, a service which will soon be added to the practice.

Dr. Mesher, who started At Home Veterinary Services in July 2008, is focused on providing an intimate and personal veterinary experience for pet owners and their pets throughout the Portland metro area. With the popularity of the practice growing - resulting in a top three Portland veterinarian “Top Dog” award from Spot Magazine - Dr. Mesher started a search for an additional veterinarian that would fit well into the At Home Veterinary Services team. The hiring of Dr. Rachel Tennant is the culmination of that search.
