Thank goodness for San Francisco General Hospital, the unexpected mishap on my bicycle resulted in a visit to the ER. Had SF General not been there, I might not have been treated or even picked up by the ambulance service. And, thank goodness for the good samaritans that called the ambulance when I had lost consciousness.
