extremely annoying notice popping up regularly.

has anyone else been getting that bloody notice: "We noticed you're posting quite a few comments in a short period of time. Please wait a few minutes before commenting again." the bloody thing pops up all the time, especially if and when i post short comments....i am NOT a spammer...i am COMMENTING on stories, and i resent being treated as a "spammer".....this is continually annoying!
