For my colleagues who are covering the Republican Primaries, I found the official GOP Delegate Calculator. CNN posted it just yesterday and updated this morning.
The delegate count looks like this, so far:
Mitt Romney - 23 delegates
Ron Paul - 10 delegates
Rick Santorum - eight delegates
Newt Gingrich - three delegates
Jon Huntsman - two delegates
Rick Perry - four delegates.
The number of delegates a GOP needs to win to become the nominee is 1,144.
Hope this helps.
