"A surprisingly recent instance of human evolution has been detected among the peoples of East Africa. It is the ability to digest milk in adulthood, conferred by genetic changes that occurred as recently as 3,000 years ago"
This should be another nail in the coffin for creationists. Evolution is a concept that we can even seen in our daily lives if we look hard enough. The results of evolution are long-term and gradual but the changes are always smart. The fact that viruses mutate and adapt to various drugs that we develop is also yet another fact in favor of evolution.
