Emergency workers are at the scene of a partially collapsed crane that is dangling off a 65-story building in Manhattan.
According to
Fox, the crane is hanging off of a luxury building located on West 57th street. As of now no injuries have been reported but as a precaution, the streets have been cleared.

New York Daily, the crane was knocked over as hurricane Sandy arrived in the city.
According to
ABC, authorities received the call about the crane around 2:30 p.m., and meteorologists say that winds may have been around 95 mph at the time.
A six-bedroom penthouse, called One57, is under being worked at the building, and is under contract for around $90 million.
