On September 22, 2012 hundreds, possibly thousands of people participated in End the Fed Rallies across the USA. Protesters marched on the Federal Reserve closest to them to reject fiat currency and the current monetary policy.
I attended my local End the Fed rally in Richmond, VA and met with some amazing people. The group of about 75 people there ranged from teenagers all the way up to the elderly. Politically, the spectrum couldn't have been any different either. From Democrats to Anarchists everyone came together strictly for the cause of ending the Federal Reserve System. People began accumulating at the Virginia State Capitol where we would meet and march on the Reserve.

Matt Battaglioli, an 18 year old high school student, attended the event and proudly announced that he would be voting third party in his very first election. His third party candidate of choice is Gary Johnson.
