Teacher accused of having group sex with students

A former high school English teacher and mother of three, from Texas, is on trial, accused of having group sex with male students.

The evidence against the teacher, 28-year-old Brittni Colleps, includes a video that allegedly shows her having sex with four students. Apparently the incident took place while her husband and kids were not home. Prosecutors showed the video to the jury early this week. According to ABC, one of the students said that Colleps told him that he had something that she wanted, and she was craving that "something." According to CBS, the video did not show Colleps face but one of the students pointed out a distinctive tattoo located on Colleps' back. According to New York Daily, Colleps was arrested by police back in May 2011, when investigators informed her that she may engaged in sex acts with her students as well as sending explicit photos and texts. Even though all of the students were reportedly 18 or older, it is illegal in Texas for a teacher to have sex with students. Colleps now faces up to 20 years in jail if she is convicted. She also faces a $10,000 fine for each of the 5 charges she is facing.
