Robert de Niro looking for house on Greek Island of Santorini

Following his recent vacation in Greece, Hollywood legend Robert de Niro is reportedly looking to buy a house on the Greek Island of Santorini.

Greece made a lasting impression on Robert de Niro during his two-week vacation sailing around the Greek islands. De Niro spoke to interviewer Nikos Alliagas, together with fellow actor and co-star of upcoming film "Killing Season" John Travolta, on the Island of Skyros. De Niro said "I will come back to see every island in Greece.. in the next few years," whilst Travolta described his Greek stay as "like a dream.” According to Gr.Reporter De Niro was so impressed with the beautiful Aegean Island of Santorini, famous for its submerged volcano and stunning sunsets, that he is looking for a plot of land where he can build his own house. De Niro said he would like "Greek citizenship if he finds a house in Santorini as he already feels 'a bit Greek' himself."
