A cloud resembling an angel was captured hovering over the Century 16 theater in which 12 people were killed and 58 injured when James Eagan Holmes allegedly opened fire on theatergoers during the premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises."
According to
7News, Crystal Fuller snapped the picture immediately after Sunday's vigil for the victims of the "Dark Knight" massacre.
Fuller said she did not notice the celestial presence until after she posted it online. According to
7News, Fuller, writing on the channel's Facebook wall, said: "I noticed it afterwards. I had it posted and said crazy cloud... one of my friends, Barbara Masias, said it's an angel and I saw it!"
A close look at the picture shows a formation that looks like a holy angel in white robe with holy wings spread, watching over the theater.
According to
MSN Now, many awed commenters have posted remarks such as "God bless Colorado," and "God works in mysterious ways."

NY Daily News reports that thousands of people attended a candlelight vigil at the Aurora Municipal Center on Sunday evening, at the end of a day of prayer and remembrance for those killed in the shooting.
President Obama traveled to Aurora on Sunday to express his condolences to the families of the victims. According to
NY Daily News, Obama said in a speech at the University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora where 10 of the people injured in the shooting were being treated: “I had a chance to visit with each family, and most of the conversation was filled with memory. I confessed to them that words are always inadequate in these kinds of situations, but my main task was to serve as a representative of the entire country, and to let them know that we are thinking of them at this moment and we will continue to think about them each and every day."
