Odessa - A Ukrainian man risked his life to save a puppy from drowning in flood waters. He waded through incredibly murky and filthy chest-deep flood waters.
According to Dailypicksandflicks.com, the man's name is Vladimir Maksimov. The incident happened in Odessa, Ukraine after weeks of heavy rainfall accompanied by flooding wreaked havoc in many parts of the country.
Vladimir has since adopted the dog and named him Lucky.
MSN Now comments: "He's sacrificed his own safety to help another survivor of the floods: a puppy. When the two make it to the shore, the pup can be heard whimpering, but thanks to this man, it's getting another shot at life."
