Fareham - A bus, which is part of the Olympic Torch Relay, had a close encounter with a tree as it passed through Fareham in Hampshire.
Crowds cheered as the Olympic Flame was carried through Fareham, only to exclaim as the bus encountered the leafy obstacle, causing staff to duck. Fortunately the bus escaped unscathed with just minor damage to a tree branch.
London 2012 reports the Olympic Flame is due to arrive in London on Friday evening. The final Relay will take place on July 27 when the Flame culminates the journey it began on May 10 when it was lit at Ancient Olympia, Greece.
