Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reported to be divorcing

Tom Cruise, 49, and Katie Holmes, 33, are reported to be divorcing after five years of marriage. Holmes is said to be focusing on daughter Suri's best interests, according to her attorney Jonathan Wolfe.

Wolfe is quoted by People Magazine: "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family," says Holmes's attorney Jonathan Wolfe. "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest." Perez Hilton is reporting that the couple has a prenup. The couple is worth $275 million. Back in 2006, Tom Cruise jumped up and down on Oprah's couch, proclaiming his love for the younger Holmes. They married shortly after in Italy. No reason has been given at this time for the divorce. The couple was last seen together in February. Cruise and Holmes have one daughter, Suri, 6. Cruise has two other children from a former marriage to Nicole Kidman.
