Doug Wead, senior adviser for the Ron Paul presidential campaign, has exposed an apparent move by the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns to block Ron Paul from winning delegates.
According to Prison Planet, Alex Hayes, director of establishment Republicans in Washington State, was caught on camera explaining how the establishment planned to rig the election against Paul by pushing for a common slate of candidates in Washington State. The first video captures the Missouri GOP admitting they rigged the St. Charles County Caucus.
Doug Wead, who exposed the campaign on his blog, writes he cannot be certain of the truth yet, but will be delving more deeply into it. He writes "if Mr. Hayes is exaggerating or not telling the truth, if the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns have not agreed on a common slate, then you are getting a look at how political power brokers play backroom games to disenfranchise the majority of their own party. You are seeing how people in power, cling to the little bit of power they have and are willing to lie or cheat to keep it."
In this second video Alex Hayes can be heard organizing to arrange votes for the three main candidates as he asks them "to vote the slate" for preferred GOP delegates to prevent the "savagery of the opposition" (Ron Paul) from prevailing.
