As of now Mubarak is being held in an international hospital, but he is still being accused of killing protesters during the January 25th protests. He is also being accused of abusing his power, according to

Mubarak is in the hospital because he suffered a minor heart attack. His detention was also extended for another 15 days for more questioning. As part of the investigation, Suzanne Mubarak, Hosni’s wife, was released after she was held for 15 days. Suzanne denies that she abused power and she gave up assets.
According to
UPI, Mubarak is probably going to stress the fact that he fought Israel in the 1973 war between Egypt and Israel. Mubarak served in Egypt’s armed forces in 1973.
