Tennis star Andy Murray has battled through to his second successive Australian Open final after a hard-fought display against Spain's David Ferrer in Melbourne.
Murray will now face Novak Djokovic after the Scot battled to a 4-6 7-6 (7-2) 6-1 7-6 (7-2) victory. It was not however a straightforward victory for Murray, his game was littered with errors and having lost the first set 4-6, Murray battled through to take the second set that went all the way to the wire, winning on a tie-break that the Scot dominated 7-2, as

Federer were both defeated before reaching the grand slam final. In fairness to
Nadal his defeat followed an injury that left him philosophical in a humble interview with the media after.
