Honda has recalled more than 410,000 cars due to brake problems. 340,000 odyssey and 68,000 element models made between 2007 and 2008 are affected in the recall.
The announcement comes as a second blow to Japanese car manufactures following the recall of 8 million cars by Toyota. The BBC reports that Honda has said it´s recalling "all possible units to assure all customers that their vehicles will perform correctly". Customers had reported that the brake pedal had felt soft or had got closer to the floor as it was pressed.
In addition Honda has recalled 400,000 cars because of concerns over brake pedals last month.
