Hamilton police hunt two men for trying to abduct girl

Hamilton police are tying to find two people who grabbed a young female and tried to move her into a car. Police said they followed the girl when she escaped and got into a bus.
HAMILTON, Ontario - Two men who physically tried to abduct a 17-year-old girl are being hunted by Hamilton Police.
The girl was grabbed from behind and the two men tried to drag her to a car, but she managed to free herself and board a bus.
Police said the incident occurred on Monday at around 9 a.m. when the she left her home on Mary St and was walking towards Barton Street.
"Two males exited a vehicle parked on Mary St. and approached the 17-year-old demanding she get into the vehicle," said Sgt. David Beech.
"She was grabbed from behind but managed to struggle free and run to the corner of Barton and Mary. Here, she got on a city bus," he said.
"She exited the bus on King St and walked southbound on James St. The same vehicle slowed beside her and attempted to verbally lure her into the vehicle," he added in a statement issued on Wednesday.
The vehicle is described as an Acura, light grey or silver, four door with dark tinted windows and a black stripe running down the sides.
One suspect is described as male, mid 30s, 6’1”, muscular, South Asian, pierced right ear with a stud earring, wearing a grey t-shirt tucked into dark jeans with a black belt, obvious South Asian accent.
A second suspect is male, mid 20s, 5’5”, ‘middle eastern’, chin strap beard, slim build, wearing a grey and white track pants, black t-shirt with white around the bottom of the sleeves and a white crown on the back possible denoting the brand ‘Lucky Number 7’.
