Police say boy, 4, killed because he touched himself

A young boy in Brooklyn was killed after touching his penis. The 4-year-old boy was beaten by his mother and her boyfriend according to police reports.

The young boy, Jayden Lenescar, was found October 23 unconscious in Brooklyn. The Daily News says that the boy was beaten with fists for two days. The New York Daily reports that the boy was beaten with a belt by both his mother and a house guest. Jayden's death has been ruled a homicide. The cause of death has been listed as blunt force trauma by the city's Medical Examiner's Office. The Village Post quotes Jayden's father: Mackenzy Lenescar told the News, "He was my only child. I have nothing now ... He didn't deserve this." Jayden's mother Myrna Chen Phang was taken to the Robeson and Brown Funeral Home in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn to view her son's body. She is being held at Rikers Island. Steven Dadaille, 26 and Chen Phang, 25 have been charged with second-degree murder. Jayden was buried in a Spider-Man shirt holding a Bible and a Pittsburg Pirates cap.
