Britney Spears in due to start a world tour next months. She is said to be taking her two sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, on the road with her.
Spears is still in negations with her former husband Kevin Federline about custody agreements dealing with the tour. Federline has physical custody of the boys. MTV reports that Federline will take the boys to central locations along the tour route to spend time with their mother.
"They will be available in her life when she is done with the rigors of performing," he clarified. "He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful."
Osama "Sam" Lutfi, her former manager is suing the singer and her family for unpaid management fees. Lutfi has been served with a new restraining order barring contact with Britney, her parents and her children.
The lawsuit claims that Spears defamed Lutfi, alleges libel, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and a breach of contract.
The Telegraph reports:
One source told the newspaper: "Britney is in danger of not going on tour. She's been telling her doctor she's under pressure. She fears her performance will be branded a flop."
