Apple has decided to partner with T-Mobile, specifically in Europe to release the iPhone. In the U.S., AT&T is the wireless provider.
American citizens and lovers of all things Apple have been chomping at the bit to get a hold of an unlocked iPhone. We have waited patiently, all knowing that our T-Mobile and Verizon contracts are due to be up soon, and when they are, we are jumping ship for At&t, and not because we love those clever commercials, but rather for one thing... the iPhone. For those of you not in the know, this is one of the coolest little toys to make it's way into the market in quite some time. If you have not had the opportunity to snag one from a friend's desk, go for it. I promise, you won't regret it.

So we have all been wanting this new toy for quite some time. We even went so far as to tear open our AT&T iPhones to get at the innards, hoping to find some way to port it over to tmobile. Some of us managed to do so while most of us just ruined our iPhone. As it turns out now, Russia has received the iPhone for customers who are locked in with T-Mobile, and they have sold over 100,000 units. Russia has the iphone, good to go, with T-Mobile. And I don't. This bums me out. I have already proven I am not smart enough to unlock an iPhone, now I have to go to Russia to snag one or go on eBay and pay almost a grand for one?! This is nuts. Steve Jobs, Apple guru... if you are listening... enough is enough. Just give me my damn iPhone already.
