When most people think of Nashville, they think of country music. However, a new coffee-table photo book presented by the Tennessean allows those living in the area to really show what makes Music City home while showcasing their photography skills.
Residents have nine more days to log onto CaptureMusicCity.com and upload their own personal photos into categories such as Simply Nashville, Pets and Animals and Nature.

Capture Music City is a great way to show there is more to music city than, well, music. One contributor states, "Nashville really has some beautiful sites. Thanks to other contributors, I will be able to see the beauty of the place I call home."

Once the nine days has passed, voting week begins. That's right, voting week. The pictures chosen for the book are not just chosen by the editors. They are chosen by other Nashvillians who vote on the pictures.

When voting is over, the photos with a 100 per cent vote graph rate will be included in the 128 page book which will show off what Nashville really has to offer. The book will sell for $39.95, but can be pre-ordered for $29.95. For those contributing pictures or who have voted on over 150 pictures, there is a coupon for five dollars off, bringing the price to just $24.95 if ordered before the "days left" countdown reaches zero.
