Slight fall in UK property prices

According to the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) - UK house prices fell 0.1% between January and February,
According to DCLG last year the price was increased to 12.1% and now the average home cost which was £205,339 in January is down to £205,102 in February.
The DCLG result differs from recent Halifax and Nationwide surveys which have shown house prices rising sharply.
The prices in five regions in UK were increased between January and February but fell in four regions. There was rise in price in London and Northern Ireland.
The reason for this statistical quirk - a monthly price fall but an annual rise - is that an even sharper fall in prices exactly a year ago dropped out of the figures.
We should hope the prices to be reduced so, that people can easily owe a home.
