Finland is a a strange country when it comes to democracy and voting habits. It seems that the Finnish tend to vote for candidates who are not the best ones to get the job done. Instead they like to vote for candidates that they resemble.
In order to assist the Finnish voter the Itopii company developed a special software product. Since the Finnish voter likes to vote for a candidate that they resemble and there can be 800 plus candidates to screen this software makes it easy to find the candidate that most resembles the voter appearance wise.

Democracy in Finland: The Intopii computer firm of Helsinki announced in February that it has installed software to assist voters, who, studies suggest, tend to select candidates who look like themselves. When a voter uploads his or her photo, the Web site will use facial-recognition software to find those among the 800 candidates in March parliamentary elections who most resemble that voter, to ease the difficult burden of citizenship in a democracy. There are 800 candidates to choose from. If you are Finnish person that takes voting seriously you have a lot of work ahead of you in selecting a candidate.
One candidate that wanted to distinguish himself thought of a new way to reach the voters.

I suppose there are a lot of Klingon literate voters in Finland.
