13 year old Boy Charged with 100 crimes

A 13 year old boy in Ohio is charged with 128 felony charges.

A 13 year old boy is facing 128 felony charges. Ohio Police have charged him for burglary, theft, vandalism and witness intimidation. He was arrested for beating up his classmate in the school bus and trying to intimidate him not to testify against him. His mother defends him and says he is not a bad kid he just must have done a few of it but not all the crimes. The psychiatrist said if the boy is given adequate treatment, psychotherapy, the kid might turn his life around, but she doesn't think that will happen. Watch her assessment in the end.
