Montana man blames unicorn for drunken-driving crash

Phillip Holliday denied driving the truck involved in the March 7 crash in Billings. He claimed that a unicorn was driving the truck.
Phillip 42, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony charges of criminal endangerment and drunken driving.
Phillip was pulled over when his truck didn't stop for a red light and nearly hit another truck. His truck then made a erratic U-turn through a gas station, crossed the street and crashed into a light pole luckily no one was hurt.
Phillip has five five drunken-driving convictions even though the last one was 14-years ago his bail remains at $100,000 US
