The Canada Revenue Agency says Canadians will be able to electronically file returns by Thursday.
There is good news for Canadians who have been waiting to file their tax returns on-line.
"We have begun to bring some of our systems into production," said CRA Commissioner Michel Dorais in a statement Monday on the agency's website. "
A March 6 computer glitch shut down all electronic services at the Canada Revenue Agency. No returns were being filed, and the shut-down is now in its eighth day.
So, all you electronic filers, get you access codes ready; Thursday the system will be overloaded with taxpayers ready to get their returns filed and their refund cheques on the way.
