Google forced to remove content from site.
Google Inc. lost a copyright lawsuit Tuesday to Belgian newspapers that had demanded it remove headlines and links to news stories posted without their permission.
Google Inc. is always thought of as the one in charge, but not today. Google has been dealt its share of trouble for posting news on their main site without abiding by the copyright laws. One Belgian based newspaper is noticing the wrong doing and is cracking down

Google states that this was "entirely legal":
"The company behind the world's most-used search engine immediately said it would appeal, claiming its Google News service was "entirely legal" and the Belgian decision was a one-time result that would not be repeated elsewhere."

This seems to be something Google will be watching out for more closely from now forward. I believe these issues are not as "few and far between" as Google states and I am suprised this problem has managed to slip through Google's massive network.
